Tragedy struck in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as renowned actress and model Dayle Haddon was found dead due to a carbon monoxide leak. Another individual, identified as Walter J. Blucas, remains in critical condition following the incident, which has also affected emergency responders.

Authorities responded to a distress call at 06:31 local time (01:31 GMT) on Friday, reporting that a 76-year-old man had collapsed on the first floor of a self-contained detached building. Upon arrival, police discovered Haddon, aged 76, deceased in a second-floor bedroom. Blucas, who is related to Haddon through marriage, was transported to a New Jersey hospital, where he is currently in critical condition.

The property, owned by Haddon’s daughter Ryan Haddon and her husband, actor Marc Blucas, was the site of the fatal leak. A preliminary investigation by police revealed that a faulty exhaust pipe in the building’s heating system was responsible for the dangerous carbon monoxide levels. The leak also impacted emergency responders, with two medics hospitalized and a police officer treated on-site for exposure.
