Ackelia Smith of the University of Texas achieved an extraordinary double victory at the 2024 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, winning gold in both the women’s triple jump and long jump events. Smith secured the triple jump title with a distance of 14.52 meters and the long jump title with a leap of 6.79 meters on June 8, 2024.
