NBC News reported that they were unable to independently verify these posts, which had been taken down by Wednesday afternoon.
LavaGS, now 20, took to X on Monday to deny the grooming allegations.
In response to the allegations, Tyson posted a statement on X on Tuesday.
Despite these denials, many online commentators argue that Tyson’s interactions with a minor were inappropriate due to the inherent power imbalance between adult content creators and their young fans. This view is supported by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, which defines grooming as building “a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them.”
