SIMSBURY, CT — Connecticut chef Tyler Anderson, renowned for his culinary ventures Millwright’s in Simsbury, Ore Hill in Kent, and the BBQ food truck Ta-Que, is set to compete in the sixth season of the Food Network’s “BBQ Brawl,” premiering on June 1 at 9 p.m.

Hosted by celebrity chef Bobby Flay, the show features top pitmasters engaging in grilling challenges, with judges Carson Kressley, Rodney Scott, and Brooke Williamson determining who earns the title of “Master of Cue.” Anderson, a California native and James Beard Award nominee, has previously appeared on “Top Chef,” “Chopped,” and “Beat Bobby Flay.”

“BBQ Brawl” was filmed at Star Hill Ranch in Austin, Texas, and will be available for streaming on Max the day after its premiere.
