WATERTOWN, CT — A fire that tore through a Watertown home last week has claimed the lives of a mother and daughter, according to police.

Fire crews responded to a home on Pleasantview Avenue in the Oakville section of town shortly before 4 a.m. on May 2. They arrived to find the house fully engulfed in flames with a collapsed roof.

After extinguishing the fire, responders discovered the bodies of 70-year-old Linda Dabramo and her daughter, 40-year-old Dana Dabramo, inside the home. Police confirmed the women were the sole occupants of the residence.
