She is a two-time Big Ten First Team and All-Defensive Team selection and earned the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year award for the 2023-24 season.

In her junior season, Williams averaged 19.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, ranking third in the conference in both categories.

As a sophomore, she averaged 17.4 points and 10.7 rebounds with a career-high 84 blocks. She began her career with All-Big Ten Freshman Team honors in 2022-23.

In addition to her on-court accolades, Williams was named to the Big Ten All-Academic Team in both 2024 and 2025.

She joins a UConn roster that continues to reload for national contention. Auriemma highlighted Williams’ versatility and two-way ability as key attributes that will strengthen the Huskies heading into the 2025-26 season.
