HAMDEN, CT— A $100,000 Cash5 jackpot-winning ticket was sold at Krauszer’s, located at 3300 Whitney Avenue in Hamden, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The winning numbers for Sunday’s drawing were 3-11-23-31-33.

This jackpot marks the 11th Cash5 top prize awarded in 2025 and the first one for the month of April. It is also the second Cash5 jackpot-winning ticket sold in Hamden this year.

In February, a $100,000 ticket was purchased at the Citgo station on Whitney Avenue.

Cash5 continues to be one of the state’s most active daily lottery games, producing winners statewide.

In 2025 alone, winners have claimed jackpot prizes in New London, Danbury, Bridgeport, West Haven, Meriden, and now twice in Hamden.

The Connecticut Lottery’s records show consistent activity, particularly with the number 11, which has appeared in eight of the 11 winning number sets so far this year. Krauszer’s joins a growing list of retail locations that have become jackpot destinations for Cash5 players.

The winning ticket was the only top-prize winner for the April 13 drawing. Players are encouraged to check their tickets and visit ctlottery.org for prize claim instructions.
