West Haven, CT — A lucky Cash5 player is $100,000 richer after matching all five numbers in Monday night’s drawing, making it the tenth jackpot win in Connecticut this year, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The winning numbers drawn on March 31 were 4-9-23-24-25. The winning ticket was sold at Julia’s Market, located at 949 Boston Post Road in West Haven.

This marks the third Cash5 jackpot sold in West Haven in 2025. The previous wins were recorded on March 11 at Oceanview Fine Wine & Spirits and March 31 at Julia’s Market.

Monday night’s win follows a series of high payouts this year. Notably, two winning tickets split the February 8 jackpot, with each prize worth $86,297, sold in Bridgeport and Middlebury.

The Cash5 game, a popular draw among Connecticut residents, offers a top prize of $100,000 to winners who match all five numbers. Drawings are held nightly, and tickets cost $1.
