South African athlete Francois Prinsloo clinched the men’s discus throw title at the 2024 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on June 7, 2024. Prinsloo’s throw of 63.51 meters secured him the gold, surpassing competitors Racquil Broderick of Jamaica, who threw 61.77 meters, and Greece’s Dimitrios Pavlidis, who managed 60.97 meters.
